About the
Software
This software, installed in our Server, provides you help and info, 24 hrs a day. The customers can check the price of the Machines and Spares and register a complaint at any instance through their mobile phones. (Only the customers, whose mobile numbers are registered in our computer, prior by an agreement). All these are done by a SMS, through the mobile phone. The specific codes should be typed, to get specific details. (For example type “item m4c” for the machine four-thread overlock complete set.) What should you do to avail this facility? You should fill up a form, accepting and requesting us to enable you this facility. One form is used for one Company; the different department persons in a company who need this facility, including the MD of the company can enroll their names and their mobile numbers. These mobile numbers are then fed into our computer and are provided with the facility. (Only registered users can avail this facility) The SMS number — all SMS are sent to our mobile number which is “098 431 11119" How to use? Now, after registering you can use the facility, like checking the price of a sewing machine. We have a list of code numbers for each machines and a message “item code”, should be sent to the mobile number “098 431 11119 “. You will receive the details of the machine and price in return by a SMS. The codes are provided by our technicians and can also found on our web site. To check the price and availability of spares a message “spare code” should be sent to the above mobile number and you can receive the spare name, the price and the availability. Service Complaints Through SMS The highlight of this software is the complaint facility. If your sewing machine breaks down, just SMS “comp XXX” (XXX – may be anything you want to say or just comp.., mean that a breakdown call). On receipt of your message, the computer will allot you a specific complaint number (Example Complaint no.123) and it will be sent to you by return SMS as a token of acceptance of the complaint. Now, our computer will process this complaint by decoding the details like, your name, company name etc and SMS are sent to all the service technicians and the service manager to attend the complaint. On receipt of the complaint, one service technician or the person specially attending to this customer or the person already somewhere near your place will inform the computer that he is attending it. In case no one responds the service manager will specify a person to do complete the complaint. The computer will keep on tracking the service person, who is attending the complaint and it will create a record of the time taken in completing the process, and in case of a delay it will remind him about it. After completing the service the technician will inform the computer about the completion and it will inform the customer and the service manager about the completion. The computer will make a total record from the start till the end of the process. (In case if due to the network congestion or undeliverable SMS from you to us you can find the confirmation message not reaching you. In this case you can call our Service department directly and register the complaint.)
